The branch members meet six times a year. We informally discuss recent acquisitions and our fascinating hobby in general

Three meetings (February, June and October) are held in Mittagong on a Sunday, and are attended by many of the Canberra members.

Two other meetings (April and August) are also held on a weekend in venues provided by members.

The December meeting is a Christmas Dinner

Afternoon: there may be a visit to somewhere of interest.
Evening: There will be the usual "meet and greet" at about 7 pm. It may be at Olims as it has been in the past. An alternative venue has been offered for consideration. More details later.

Conference Cost
 
To be determined. As a guide the 2011 Conference cost was $100 per person. 2012 may be a little more. The charge does not include accommodation. It does include the cost of snacks on Friday night as well as tea/coffee and biscuits during the day. It does include the dinner on Saturday night.
 
Unless coming from overseas, all costs are payable in advance, you will be asked for payment approximately 6 weeks before the conference.
