Exhibition of Members Displays
Exhibits are invited in each of the following categories with an emphasis on research:
Open Class
Single Medal
Research Project
Exhibitors may access the venue in order to set up their displays from 10 am.
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards will be on offer in each class. The Gold award winners will then be judged to decide the overall winner of the Society's Diamond Jubilee Perpetual Challenge Silver Rose Bowl - Best in Show. A book token prize will be awarded to the best 1st time exhibitor.

11.30 am - The Ashcroft VC Collection - Michael Naxton and Nigel Steel (IWM)
2.30 pm - Research at the Royal Marines Museum - Ian Maine (RM Museum)

A number of respected Society Members have offered their services to be available for consultation on a variety of wide-ranging medallic subjects.
Tea and coffee will be available during the day and light refreshments by way of savouries and drinks will be served at 1 pm - all included in the admission fee.
Presentation of Awards
At 4.00 pm Norman Gooding, the Society's President, will make the awards for the Members' Exhibits and this will be followed by the announcement of the Annual Society's Honours.
Saturday's event will close at 5.00 pm allowing plenty of time for members to attend the Society's Annual Dinner or enjoy the evening with friends.
Annual Dinner
The Formal Dinner will be held on the Saturday evening at 7 for 7.30 pm at the
RAF Club, 128 Piccadilly, Mayfair, W1.
Sunday 19 September doors open 9.30 am
The Society's prestigious Medal Fair will be held in The Lutyen's Suite (ground floor), BMA House, Tavistock Square. Invited medal dealers, publishers and auctioneers will be trading and a cash cafeteria will be available.
Advance booking is required for all weekend attendees and guests with Day Registration available on the Sunday for the Medal Fair only. The Medal Fair will be open to all who wish to attend subject to registration with proof of identity at the registration table on the day.

The British Medical Association in Tavistock Square is situated within easy walking distance of Euston Main Line Railway Station and Russell Square/Euston Tube Stations. There are NCP Car Parks close by and free road side parking during the weekend which commences from 1.30 pm on Saturday. Adjacent to the BMA are several hotels with prices to suit all pockets ranging at present from £42 per night for a single room.
Private unloading access is available for Exhibitors and Dealers by prior arrangement with the Convention Administrator.
