Welcome drink at the bar courtesy of the members of the Northern Branch OMRS followed by an informal get together of early arrivals.
Lectures, Saturday 17 May
There will be one lecture in the morning at 11am, lunch break from 12:15pm followed by the second talk at 11:45pm with the third and final lecture at 3pm.
Exhibition, Saturday 17 May
From 10am until 4:30pm there will be the competitive Exhibition in the hall adjourning the theatre room.
The Event Dinner, 7:15pm for 7:45pm Saturday 17 May
OMRS members and guests £TBA for three courses. Wine we hope will once again be generously provided by courtesy of Dix, Noonan & Webb, Auctioneers. There will not be an after dinner speaker. Formal dress or lounge suit. Ladies welcome.
The Bourse, 9am - 1:30pm Sunday 18 May
FREE to Members who pre-book, guests £3. On the day the cost is £5 for members and non-members. Non-members are welcome and will be encouraged to join the Society. On joining their entry fee will be refunded. Suitable proof of identity of non-members will be required.
